In the anime his effect wasn't limited to 3. But even then he's nothing more than a beatstick, and Ccapac Apu fills that role better. It's a shame he's that bad but at least he can make your opponent discard, which would be mean with Dark Law. But there's still better ways to the same thing. In my opinion he's a little disappointing. Most of the time if I get an Immortal out I'll attack directly anyway which makes his effect a little less useful.

I have special connections to these cards. Back in the day these were like our versions of God Cards for me and my friends. We each had one but it's weird that I can't remember how any of us got them.
I had Wiraqocha Rasca, my little brother had Ascilla Piscu, the kid who was basically my rival had Chacu Callhua and another one of our friends had Ccarayhua. Once one of these was dropped on the field you knew you were finished. We played for ante so eventually I ended up holding all of the Earthbound Immortals we had But I ended up giving them back because it was more fun when we each had our ace cards.
I don't remember how either, but I ended up with all 7. I never really liked Rasca's effect. He looks awesome, but in the end I joined the whale side. It's almost eerie how no one remembers how they got these cards.
I really just like Wiraqocha because he was my card and he looks amazing. I remember pulling Rasca, but the rest I don't I traded to get Aslla piscu. If I could, I'd love to build another EI deck.
